Training Sessions
Training sessions are currently scheduled for three times each week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm.
Detailed information on these sessions are posted to our Facebook account and Spond app the Monday the training week begins.
Tuesday
Intervals
An interval session on the road and consists of running very short distances (100 – 400m) but as quick as possible which aims to increase speed.
Operates from different locations each week
Wednesday
Track
This is like the Tuesday session but the session is taken on the track. Each session varies week on week. The session costs £1.50 for members and £3.50 for non-members.

Thursday
Muster
Choose your group and run at a pace comfortable for you – no one is left behind. We usually have a selection of up to 7 different pace groups.
