Tuesday intervals will be led by Neil. Please meet at the Arch & Anchor (previously known as the Observatory on Queensbury Way.
Wednesdaytrack session meets at St Peter & Paul school on Highfield Rd.
Thursday muster runs will be meeting at the Tavern on Upton Lane. In addition to our usually pace groups, we will also be offering a 5k to 5 mile group. Thanks to Penny & Cathy for hosting this. The run leaders will post the details of the planned routes ahead of the meet up. Please remember to park on Upton Lane or Julian Way – there is plenty of parking on these roads.
All sessions start at 6:30pn prompt – please arrive at least 5 mins early.
We’re now well and truly into the dark winter nights so it’s essential that members make sure they have hi viz and/or torches with them when running on public roads.
