Tuesday intervals will be week 2 of the hill training block led by Andrew. Please meet at the council car park opposite The Crow’s Nest pub on Moorfield Rd.
Wednesday track block will continue with the focus on speed endurance. Please park at St Peter & Paul’s school on Highfield Rd.
Thursday muster runs will be at The Hive for something a little different. Due to limited run leader availability, this will be an out and back run along the TPT as one big group. There are enough run leaders to make sure everyone stays safe while allowing the different groups to run at their preferred pace. NB due to the fading light, TORCHES (either head or hand) will be required please.
All sessions start at 6:30pm, please arrive 5 mins early.
As we’re hurtling at pace into the autumn months, please can you ensure you start wearing hi viz for any session on public roads (sorry folks).
