Here are the details for this week’s club sessions:
- Tuesday intervals sees the last of the 6-week hill block led by Andrew. Meet point for Tuesday is The Heath Business & Technical Park Rm A113, A129, Runcorn, WA7 4QX.
- Wednesday track will be the next fartlek session as part of John’s block. Meet at the track via St Peter & Paul’s school car park, Highfield Road.
- Thursday muster runs will be at the Parkland’s, WA8 4NQ. Run leaders will post their routes in the relevant WhatsApp channel ahead of the night.
Remember to wear hi viz and/or torches for all sessions on public roads.
